Personalized Training Plan
We will design a custom training plan based off your assessment and individual needs. Your training plan will be based on improving you technically, tactically, physically and psycholgically. All our drills are designed to be game realisitic and will also have the option to make your individual training plan position specific.
Develop
By training with us regularly, we will be able to improve your technical ability and tactical awareness and improve your confidence on the field allowing you to take your game to an ELITE level.
Refine
As you develop and grow in confidence through training with us regularly, we will update your training plan accordingly to keep you on the path to reaching your personal goals and becoming ELITE.
Our 1 on 1 training sessions have a huge emphasis on the technical development of the player. We also understand the importance of each player being aware of not only how to perform the technique, but where and why. For this reason, our drills are designed with game like scenarios which are structured around the individual needs of each player, inclusive of being position specific. This allows players to enhance not only their technical ability but improve tactical awareness and understanding of the game.

Our sessions include age specific physical components such as strength, conditioning, speed and ability training. We also include weekly discussions with the player on the psychological aspects of the game such as work ethic, self motivation and dedication. The focus at Elite Soccer Performance is on the fine detail and it is what separates our ELITE players from others.
